Electricals Smart Car Module
Each Car/Module has a flame proof electrical enclosure with PLC controller internal.
- Each Car/Module operates as a "Smart Car/Module" with all control functions internal to its system.
- The PLC controller controls all field devices and solenoid functions and receives encoder feedback from traction and steering and related devices - and controls sequencing for conveyor starts and stops and other control and monitoring functions.
- The PLC controller is linked into the System Control Computer located within the Main Control Panel / Enclosure.
